Principle: Stereolithography is actually a 3d parts printing computer-processed laser beam that uses the design information provided by the CAD method to stop the liquefied photosensitive resin layer through the coating. This layer-by-layer bonding technique combines the plane motion of your laser with the linear motion to create a three-dimensional object.

Principle: The laser beam is selectively sintered according to the layered section information under computer control. After one layer is completed, the next layer is sintered. After all the sintering is completed, the excess powder is removed, and a sintered part can be obtained.

Principle: Each layer of photopolymer material is cured with sunlight immediately after spraying, resulting in a fully cured product that can be transported and used immediately without curing. Gel-like auxiliary substances designed to support complex geometries can be eliminated on their own or by spraying with water.

Principle: The key is to pass the light source generated by the lamp head through the condensing zoom lens to make the light uniform, and then go through a Coloration Wheel to decompose the light into RGB three colors (or even more colors), and then project the colors through the zoom lens. In DND, the photo is finally projected using a projection camera lens.

How it works: This modern technology works excitingly: apply a layer of powder, spray with flux, and at the same time an interpretation rep to keep the sides of the printed item, then use the front heat source again. This level is over. And so on until the 3D project is complete.

Theory: The FDM method melts and extrudes plastic strands through a high temperature nozzle. Cables are loaded, cooled and solidified around foundations or highly processed commodities, with solids built up in layers.
